1970s Swedish drama starring Christina Schollin and Johnny Nash as lovers struggling for acceptance in a racist society. When Swedish stewardess Lillemor (Schollin) meets American jazz ballet teacher Robert (Nash) the first flicker of attraction quickly ignites into passionate love. The pair recognise in the other a like-minded spirit but, unfortunately, the society in which they live struggles to see beyond the difference in the colour of their skin. With prejudice and intolerance encircling them every day, will their love survive? The soundtrack to the film features music by Bob Marley.
