Da den forhenværende elite snigmorder Black Mamba (Uma Thurman) vågner op efter 4 år i koma, kan hun kun tænke på én ting: HÆVN! Hendes tidligere snigmorder kollegaer og chefen Bill fra "The Deadly Viper Assassination Squad" forrådte hende, da de på hendes bryllupsdag brutalt myrdede alle - inklusiv den højgravide brud.
